Tessi-Supply gives you a 30-day right of return. The return costs are for orders ( within Germany free of charge) For shipments outside of Germany you pay the return costs yourself. - Send the item in its original condition with no signs of wear and if possible with all the accessories and parts provided.

- Return labels can be downloaded here yourself. Please have the order number in the format #xxxx and the e-mail address of the order ready.

Refund of your order
- If you have returned your order, we will refund you the full amount paid, provided that the conditions are met.

- We will refund you in the same way you paid us, unless we have agreed to refund you by some other means.

- When we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 2-5 business days. The purchase amount will be refunded to you no later than 7 days after registering the return. However, if we have not yet received your return, we ask that you provide proof of postage.
