Tessi-Supply gives you a 30-day right of return. The return costs are for orders ( within Germany free of charge) For shipments outside of Germany you pay the return costs yourself. If an item is not quite what you want, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of purchase. The only three conditions for return are:

- Pack the item properly and if possible in the original packaging.

- Send the item in its original condition with no signs of wear and if possible with all the accessories and parts provided.

- Return labels can be downloaded here yourself. Please have the order number in the format #xxxx and the e-mail address of the order ready.

Refund of your order
- If you have returned your order, we will refund you the full amount paid, provided that the conditions are met.

- We will refund you in the same way you paid us, unless we have agreed to refund you by some other means.

- When we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 2-5 business days. The purchase amount will be refunded to you no later than 7 days after registering the return. However, if we have not yet received your return, we ask that you provide proof of postage.

The sills protective film contains 2 individual products and consists of a total of 10 parts. You will also receive a racle for assembly. The entire side skirts and the area behind the wheel arch are protected. The film protects the complete entry page from the lower edge of the sweller to the bent edge on the doors.

Especially rain, snowfall and salt scattering have a greatly contaminating effect on the side of your Teslas. The paint can also be easily damaged by rolling split. Thanks to the film, you can easily clean your car again, without fear of scratches. The film offers comprehensive protection against all kinds of environmental influences that affect the vehicle when standing or driving.

The attachment of the entire set takes about 1 hour, but four hands work faster. Be sure to plan enough time for the best possible result and use a racle for exact assembly!

Application notice

The surface to be glued must be free of dust, fat or other contaminants that can affect the adhesive power of the material. New paintings must be dried or hardened at least three weeks. A wet bond is recommended. To do this, we recommend a detergent water mixture, which should also be tested on the paint beforehand. The minimum conservation of the film only serves as a guideline, but does not constitute a guarantee because we have no influence on the assembly and the circumstances.

Product note

To determine the compatibility, application tests must be carried out with the intended paint. Furthermore, the processing instructions published by Orafol must be observed. We carefully check the goods we receive from Orafol, but have no influence on the quality of the products. We can only react to defects reported immediately such as production errors or delivery of false parts.
