- Pack the item properly and if possible in the original packaging.

- Send the item in its original condition with no signs of wear and if possible with all the accessories and parts provided.

- Return labels can be downloaded here yourself. Please have the order number in the format #xxxx and the e-mail address of the order ready.

Refund of your order
- If you have returned your order, we will refund you the full amount paid, provided that the conditions are met.

- We will refund you in the same way you paid us, unless we have agreed to refund you by some other means.

- When we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 2-5 business days. The purchase amount will be refunded to you no later than 7 days after registering the return. However, if we have not yet received your return, we ask that you provide proof of postage.

Thanks to the integrated 3M adhesive on the back, both the lettering and the emblem can be easily attached and give your Tesla a unique look. A template for the easy attachment of the Tesla lettering is included.

Simple assembly of the Tesla emblem and lettering

Tesla lettering - tailgate
The Tesla lettering for the tailgate can be attached quickly and easily. Each individual letter element is pre -assembled on a transparent film. First, the original Tesla lettering is removed from the tailgate and the position is marked beforehand in order to be able to place the new lettering exactly. Then the new letters are simply glued on and pressed down. The 3M glue ensures a firm and permanent connection.

Note: In the   Tesla logo on the trunk, over glue the lettering as on the front is not possible.

Tesla emblem - front hood
The black Tesla emblem for the front can simply be glued via the existing logo. Simply remove the protective film on the back and glue it over the existing logo. Before assembly, we recommend cleaning the surface thoroughly to ensure optimal liability.
