Tessi-Supply gives you a 30-day right of return. The return costs are for orders ( within Germany free of charge) For shipments outside of Germany you pay the return costs yourself. If an item is not quite what you want, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of purchase. The only three conditions for return are:

- Pack the item properly and if possible in the original packaging.

- Send the item in its original condition with no signs of wear and if possible with all the accessories and parts provided.

- Return labels can be downloaded here yourself. Please have the order number in the format #xxxx and the e-mail address of the order ready.

Refund of your order
- If you have returned your order, we will refund you the full amount paid, provided that the conditions are met.

- We will refund you in the same way you paid us, unless we have agreed to refund you by some other means.

- When we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 2-5 business days. The purchase amount will be refunded to you no later than 7 days after registering the return. However, if we have not yet received your return, we ask that you provide proof of postage.
