Tessi-Supply gives you a 30-day right of return. The return costs are for orders ( within Germany free of charge) For shipments outside of Germany you pay the return costs yourself. If an item is not quite what you want, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of purchase. The only three conditions for return are:

- Pack the item properly and if possible in the original packaging.

- Send the item in its original condition with no signs of wear and if possible with all the accessories and parts provided.

- Return labels can be downloaded here yourself. Please have the order number in the format #xxxx and the e-mail address of the order ready.

Refund of your order
- If you have returned your order, we will refund you the full amount paid, provided that the conditions are met.

- We will refund you in the same way you paid us, unless we have agreed to refund you by some other means.

- When we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 2-5 business days. The purchase amount will be refunded to you no later than 7 days after registering the return. However, if we have not yet received your return, we ask that you provide proof of postage.

JUICE FLOW is the robust, high-quality and affordable Mode 3 charging cable of choice. With the JUICE FLOW you can charge flexibly, reliably and with maximum safety at any public charging station worldwide.

The JUICE FLOW charging cable connects any electric car with a Type 2 connection to any public charging station with a Type 2 socket. It allows three-phase charging with up to 32 amps and 22  kW. All components are extremely robust and meet the highest quality standards. The plug and coupling have a non-slip rubber coating and are ergonomically designed to fit in the hand. The plug housing with a sheath specially developed by Juice encloses the critical connection between the conductor and the contacts, protecting them from moisture and providing maximum safety and durability with integrated strain relief. The contacts are the parts subject to particularly intensive mechanical stress. The contact surfaces of the plug pins and sleeves are therefore hard silver-plated for the best conductivity and the longest possible durability. The sleeves have spiral-shaped lamellae for better pressure distribution of the plug pins.

JUICE FLOW has 6  m cable and only 2.5  kg weight. The charging cable is designed for currents of up to 32 amps. In contrast, most competing products can only charge up to 16 amps. It meets all legal requirements and safety standards according to IEC standards and is TÜV Rheinland-tested. Overall, JUICE FLOW is unbeatable in terms of price and yet makes no compromises in terms of quality.
